Interested in making bread at home? We offer classes on Sunday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Maximum of 8 students per class.

Our classes are hands-on work sessions. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing. No loose jewelry. Closed toe shoes with sturdy non-slip soles are best.

The cost per person for each class is $135. Each student receives a dough knife and a Gil’s Bread apron. Students take bread baked in class home to enjoy with their families.

Pizza, Calzone & Stromboli

Want to make great pizza at home? Ever thought about making calzone and stromboli too? Our classes on Saturday afternoons from 4:00 to 6:00 will teach you how to make great tasting pizza, calzone and stromboli.

The cost is $65 per person. Students take everything baked in class to enjoy at home.
