The girl just looked good in the thumbnail. Most of the time we try to dry the face first, then the sack. But sometimes we have to go back to the face. We just hope we use an uncontaminated part of the towel.

Beauty Fashion. Social Health. Mind Discussion. Feminine isn't the only way to be pretty. One of my [cis] friends is 6'1", broad shouldered, deep voice, big hands and feet, yet fucking incredible.

You can find clothes and hair that flatter your natural appearance, confidence and effort go a long way toward being pretty. I totally get wanting to be more feminine, how it doesn't feel fair that it just gets to be natural for some girls. And it's true, it's not fair. Doesn't mean that there's nothing you can do about it. Play with the aspects of your appearance that you can control and see if you find anything that feels good. Experiment with your hair and style, try to go out of your way to look more feminine if that's how you wanna feel--jewellery, hair, makeup, nails, etc.

For me at least it usually does help to kinda go all out sometimes even if it's too much effort to keep up all the time. Therapists, if they're worth their salt, won't just spout platitudes like "everyone's beautiful", either. If you can find a way to do therapy again, it sounds like it would help. So, in short, I'm 5'10" and I look like my father. I got lots of body hair and it's all dark.

But it's whatever man. Everyone is self-conscious, we all just fake confidence until we gain it. We also do things that make us feel better. Why don't you like being tall? I mean it's a pain to find pants but it's not a big deal. Also keep in mind, you're tall. Taller people have bigger feet. It's just how shit works. If you had small feet, you'd fall over. Most people don't have that "feminine face". Honestly, I don't know many people with it.

Also body hair? It's completely natural. But don't worry about it if you don't like to deal with it. My hairy man legs are generally hairy, I shave like once a month. Wanna know how many people care? No one. Last time any one mentioned it was middle school. Girl, you need an all around confidence boost. Do you have any hobbies? Do you go outside enough? Do you exercise even yoga? All those don't solve issues but they definitely help you feel better about yourself.

Edit: Side note, I personally feel way more confident wearing well fitted bras. Yes to the bra! And ditto on the height. I was self-consious about it too, for a long time. I still am sometimes, but mostly grew our of it lol puns! A little opposite on the hands and feet I'm tall but they're small and I still have a hard time with them, but I'm hairy and felt unattractive much of my life.

As I've gotten older, my body figured itself out more, but I also figured it out too. How to dress so that I felt confident, what kind of aesthetic things I liked, etc. It took time and practice and plenty of days when I felt crappy about myself. But try to be nice to yourself. And for things that still bother you that aren't too big a deal to take care of?

Worth a try, especially with hair. I still get my crazy moustache waxed, even though it's finally thinned some. I'll wear shoes now even if I feel like they make my feet look a little weirdly small. Nobody notices, honestly. Nobody's made fun of my body or facial hair like I said I take care of my face, but because I like to since high school.

Maybe a couple jerks in college, but it gets easier to ignore. It breaks my heart to read your words. This is coming from someone who has been down this road and gotten to the other end. From your post, it sounds like you are young "i've been feeling pretty terrible these past few years since i was at least 13" which, and you are going to have to trust me on this, is a big relief.

Things like this get much easier as you age if you work on your self-esteem issues, you're just going to have to trust me on that. Some comments have recommended a councillor - I would echo that too, but I think you also need to take a leap of faith and work on your self-esteem.

This may sound hard or ridiculous, but it is the only thing that will have a lasting effect. Learning to love yourself for who you are is part of the journey you take just by being alive. Have some patience. You are at the start of this journey. Most of us wish we looked different. Any girl you admire physically is battling with their own self esteem issues. You may think they like being short but there is a reason women wear heels, dye their hair, cover their skin with foundation and wear specific types of clothes.

Just because someone isn't sharing their self-esteem issues with you does not mean they don't have them. These things you are saying about yourself I would bet money on the fact that if a friend of yours told you these things about herself you would be heartbroken and in disbelief.

Why not treat yourself with at least the same about of compassion you would show to a stranger or a friend? As you say you are not dealing with gender dysmorphia, so this is not an identity issue. When you look at yourself in the mirror and feel disappointment with what you see, your heart, your soul, your mind, will feel this too. You talk about your face and body like they don't belong to you - but they do. And they hear you.

That is a lot of sadness to carry. Your body It is very important to be grateful for it. This is not to say you just need to put your arms up and not do anything. You have so many options: make up, hairstyles and clothing are a great tool to enhance the features you like and can make a dramatic impact on your appearance. Play around a little and discover ways of expressing yourself. Practice, get better at it. Body hair can be gotten rid of in a million ways - it's a nuisance, don't let it become anything more than that.

In fact, why not make it a "self-care" ritual? I like to shave my legs in a warm bubble bath with lots of nice smelling oils. It's my "me" time. When I go get my lip and sideburns threaded I then take myself out for a nice treat coffee or cake. I take care of me, you have to take care of you. All this to say

But I love the comments section. I like seeing people give each other ideas. One subreddit, RoomPorn , stood out from the pack for its high-end, professionally photographed spaces sourced from design sites and real estate listings. Users post photos of their own rooms and members sound off in the comments.
